We can propose following: pick out a graduate from a College of Economy and Management.
These future young entrepreneur from the East (Poland, Czech, Hungary) will be invited to Germany by us for 4 weeks, and one person could be engaged in your firm for a practical training for two weeks. So you are able to assess this trainee.

You should tell to the trainee in a talk your imagines about business in East, develop your ideas, which contacts want you make in his country. You should involve the graduate in this development of ideas and so you can test him regarding his qualification in order to support you in your activities in this country.

The graduate speaks German.

The theoretical (professional) part of this information-visit will be overtaken by the firms OST-WEST Consulting & Multimedia, (Dr. Uwe Niedersen) as well as the management consultancy "Unternehmensberatung Richter GmbH", (manager business graduate Jens Richter). So the students get with seminars and training (approximately 8 days) insight in basic management and business economics of an German small and medium-sized firm. They will be also trained to draw up an exposés of the company, and they practice the German language. This should also help to understand the structure of your firm and this will effect an advantage for your firm.

The graduate has a health insurance for Germany. For expenses you get an invoice for
400,- DM plus tax.
