Conditions

The participation is connected with project-costs.
Every participant receives the catalogue to the Business Exchange, free of charge. The companies are presented in the catalogue by an information advertisement (address of the company, contact person, profile of company), free of charge. This catalogue with all participating companies will be printed in three languages (German, English and Russian).
It is possible to introduce your own range of products as well as distributing brochures and advertising media at a separate exhibition space.
In addition to the entry (free of charge) into the event-brochure you can present your enterprise in the event-brochure by an ad.
The costs for accommodation amount to approximately 50,- Euro per single-room.
If requested, we will book the accommodation.
You will find a parking lot in the center of the city, at Straße der Jugend 14.
